Does that freak you out? π¬
Of course it does! It freaks everyone out. But when we get to that part in the sessions, people just go for it. Even people who wouldn't even dance at their own wedding are dancing, without being forced to it in any way.
But why do we do this?
It’s not just stress releasing, it also tears down a ”professional” facade that we might not even be aware that we’re wearing. It’s part of becoming more daring, authentic and creative.
